This Out of the drawer SALE print is a one-color print in powder blue that I made after carving away the background for the original Sint Nicolaaskapel print. There are only 3 of them and won’t be printed again.
The Sint Nicolaas Kapel on the Valkhof in Nijmegen, the city’s oldest building (circa 1030–1040).
The chapel breaths history and tranquility, overlooking the Waal River and the Waal Bridge from its setting in the greenery. The sharp lines and fine details highlight the monument’s strength, while the organic shapes of the trees and flowers provide a gentle counterbalance. Many couples choose this chapel to get married, making it a place where people come to celebrate life’s most important moments. Or simply to find a quiet, reflective pause.

Printing Method
Each design is transferred by hand onto the linoleum block and carved using Pfeil gouges. Every print is hand-printed using a glass baren and sometimes a press. Due to the handmade process, colors and details may vary slightly, and the print and the paper may have imperfections. They are part of the character of the work.
Each print is signed and numbered on the front.
The image shown is for reference. Colors may be different as on screen. As prints are individually numbered, it is not possible to select a specific number in advance.
