Returns

I want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Prints must be unused, unframed, and undamaged.

To start a return, please email me at info@angelakuiper.com with your order number and reason for return. I’ll get back to you with return instructions as soon as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

I will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a few business days. The refunded amount will include the price paid for the item(s), excluding any customs fees or return shipping costs. The refund may be adjusted if the item shows any damage.

Please note that custom-made items, gift cards, and downloadable products are non-refundable.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on my part.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact me first so we can see what’s possible. Availability of replacement items cannot be guaranteed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged.

Handmade prints: Due to the handmade process, colors and details may vary slightly and may be different as seen on screen. Prints and paper may include minor imperfections, such as slight color misalignment in multicolor prints. These variations are part of the unique character and charm of the work and are not considered defects eligible for a refund.
