Free shipping

  • Within The Netherlands on orders over €100

  • Worldwide on orders over €200

Orders below these amounts

  • The Netherlands: €7,45

  • European Union: €12

  • Rest of the world: €35


Shipping Times

I usually ship orders within 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Delivery times may be longer during sales or holidays. You will always be informed if extended processing time applies.

When a print is available as a preorder it means it’s still drying. Proper drying time is essential to ensure the highest quality. If a print is listed as a preorder item, this will be clearly mentioned in the product description. In that case, your order will be shipped as soon as the print is fully dry and ready to be safely packaged.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).


Packaging

I take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Most prints are shipped flat, while larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube.

All prints are protected with acid-free tissue paper.

Whenever possible, I use reused or recycled packaging materials. Most packaging components are either reusable or recyclable.


Pickup at my studio

You have the option to pick up your order directly from my studio at home. Pickup is available by appointment only. To choose this option, select “Pickup” as your shipping method during checkout. Once your order has been paid for and is ready, I will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Good to Know

  • For safe delivery, a signature may be required upon receipt of your package.

  • Any import duties or taxes applied to shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient.


Damaged or Lost Items

If your package appears to be seriously damaged upon arrival, please take clear photos of the packaging before opening it. These photos may be required for insurance or shipping claims.Please keep both the packaging and the print(s) and send me an email me at info@angelakuiper.com

If your package is lost, please contact me within four weeks of the dispatch date, and I’ll look into it for you.

Handmade prints: Due to the handmade process, colors and details may vary slightly and may be different as seen on screen. Prints and paper may include minor imperfections, such as slight color misalignment in multicolor prints. These variations are part of the unique character and charm of the work and are not considered defects eligible for a refund.
