Article 2 | What data do we process?
Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process, why we need it, the legal basis for processing, and how long we retain this data.
We process your name, email address, address details, and bank details insofar as necessary to properly provide our services on the basis of the agreement. Without this information, we cannot properly perform the agreement. For example, we cannot ship a product if we do not have the required details.
We retain this data for 7 years (this is the statutory retention period required by the Dutch Tax Authorities).
If you submit a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email address, and the content of the complaint in order to reach the best possible solution. These data are processed for the proper performance of the agreement and will be retained until the complaint has been resolved. If you provide photos of your order or packaging as part of a complaint, these will only be used to handle and resolve the complaint and will not be used for other purposes.
To enable and improve our website, we use analytics services. We have a commercial interest (legitimate interest) in using your browsing behavior on our website and related data to analyze and improve our services where necessary (see Article 6).
We track your use of our website using Google Analytics and comply with Google’s data retention periods.
When you complete the contact form on our website, we process—based on your explicit consent—your name, email address, telephone number, and any other information you choose to provide in the form. Data submitted via the contact form will be retained until your inquiry has been fully handled and resolved.

We obtain the aforementioned data directly from you as a customer or website visitor, as you provide these data to us when ordering our product(s).

Right of access – You may request access to your personal data at any time. To verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm your identity using the KopieID app.
Right to rectification – You may request that we amend, correct, supplement, restrict, or delete your data following inspection.
Right to object – You may object to the processing of your personal data where the legal basis is the legitimate interest of Angela Kuiper.
Right to data portability – If you wish to transfer your data to another service provider, Angela Kuiper will provide your data in a structured, commonly used format that can be read by standard digital systems.
Right not to be subject to automated decision-making – You may always express your point of view regarding an automated decision made by Angela Kuiper and request that such a decision be reviewed by a human.
Right to withdraw consent – Where we process personal data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This may affect the services we are able to provide.
